Having installed our artificial lawn a year ago, we can confidently say their products and customer care are the best we have ever encountered. Recently, we experienced a leaking pipe underneath the lawn, requiring a section of the grass to be temporarily removed for repairs. True to form, their team handled the issue with absolute professionalism. They subsequently returned to perform our scheduled yearly maintenance, leaving the lawn looking pristine once again. Every member of their staff is polite, highly skilled, and a pleasure to deal with. He even stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly, which showed how much he cares about the quality of the work and his customers. Alex and the installation team were brilliant. They were professional, friendly, considerate and kept us in the loop throughout the installation, so we always knew what was happening. The installation was quick, efficient and finished to a really high standard. The best part was watching our kids and dogs eagerly waiting by the lounge window for two days before finally getting to run out onto their new lawn / soccer pitch. If you’re thinking about artificial grass, I’d definitely recommend EasiGrass. Great service, excellent communication and a fantastic end result. (I have hedges all alongside and they are messy). In May Kimko redid my irrigation system, so that works for the hedges and flowerbeds alongside. THANK YOU SO MUCH ETI AND CREW.
