Having installed our artificial lawn a year ago, we can confidently say their products and customer care are the best we have ever encountered. Recently, we experienced a leaking pipe underneath the lawn, requiring a section of the grass to be temporarily removed for repairs. True to form, their team handled the issue with absolute professionalism. They subsequently returned to perform our scheduled yearly maintenance, leaving the lawn looking pristine once again. Every member of their staff is polite, highly skilled, and a pleasure to deal with. He even stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly, which showed how much he cares about the quality of the work and his customers. Alex and the installation team were brilliant. They were professional, friendly, considerate and kept us in the loop throughout the installation, so we always knew what was happening. The installation was quick, efficient and finished to a really high standard. The best part was watching our kids and dogs eagerly waiting by the lounge window for two days before finally getting to run out onto their new lawn / soccer pitch. If you’re thinking about artificial grass, I’d definitely recommend EasiGrass. Great service, excellent communication and a fantastic end result. The quoting process was fast, and they arranged for someone to come out and measure up within a day or two, exactly when they said they would. The measurements were almost spot-on for what we needed, and they made some really helpful recommendations along the way. The admin and sales teams were both professional, responsive and clearly knew what they were doing. One of the little things that really stood out was their attention to detail. Every time someone arrived at our premises, we received a video introducing the person who was coming, so we knew exactly who to expect. Their branded vans and professional presentation also gave us a lot of confidence. The installation team were fantastic. They were respectful, considerate and incredibly neat. They worked quietly, caused very little disruption, and left everything clean and tidy when they were finished. From the initial enquiry and measuring through to the installation, Easigrass were reliable, professional and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. (I have hedges all alongside and they are messy). In May Kimko redid my irrigation system, so that works for the hedges and flowerbeds alongside. THANK YOU SO MUCH ETI AND CREW.
