Absolutely exceptional service from Easigrass! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention to Keagan, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. His communication was excellent, he kept me informed every step of the way, and everything was handled incredibly efficiently. I am absolutely ecstatic with the finished result. Right from the start, Warren was incredibly patient, attentive and always happy to answer all of my many questions. He even stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly, which showed how much he cares about the quality of the work and his customers. Alex and the installation team were brilliant. They were professional, friendly, considerate and kept us in the loop throughout the installation, so we always knew what was happening. The installation was quick, efficient and finished to a really high standard. The best part was watching our kids and dogs eagerly waiting by the lounge window for two days before finally getting to run out onto their new lawn / soccer pitch. If you’re thinking about artificial grass, I’d definitely recommend EasiGrass. Great service, excellent communication and a fantastic end result. Wow. We are delighted with the final outcome of our transformed bacyard with easigrass putting green and chipping mat surrounded by durable good looking easigrass artificial grass. The workmanship and attention to detail by Warren and his teams, including Admin, was exceptional.
